Blizzard first detailed Shadowlands in Wow gold classic Blizzcon 2019. The expansion features five brand new zones for players to explore, a pumped leveling system which compresses the old you to 60 levels and new personalization options, including the choice to change the sex of your character without paying a commission.

Alongside a launch date, Blizzard shared Afterlives: Bastion, the first of four animated shorts developed to expand the narrative of Shadowlands. The brief centers on a familiar face in the Warcraft world: Uther. In case you played Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos, you will understand the former Paladin as mentor of Arthas Menethil, the character who'd become one of Warcraft's most notorious villains.

World of Warcraft: Shadowlands large pre-expansion event is live on the test servers and it's unleashed an unfathomably large zombie plague on players, turning Azeroth's capital cities into undead wastelands. Players that get within arm's reach can also be infected, so giving them special zom-bilities and allowing them attack other players to spread the disease. Naturally, Azeroth is in utter chaos.

To be clear, this isn't occurring from the live version of the game but on its public test servers. It is here that Blizzard tests upcoming modifications to the match, such as the coming level cap squish (max level players will only be level 50, with the new level cap being 60 if Shadowlands releases) along with the overhauled new player experience. Butsometime later this autumn, this event will launch on live servers--and when it's anything like what's happening now, it is going to be a bloodbath.

I am not exactly certain if the event is functioning as planned. The auction house, sellers, and even the lender are all unusable--that may be frustrating for gamers who, when the event is really live, are only trying to go about their day to day business.

On the WoW subreddit, players have also found ways to attract the zombie infestation outside of capital cities, making whole areas of Azeroth uninhabitable. It is amusing to realize how much the mirrors a true zombie plague, as slain players and NPCs equally transform to ghouls so their numbers are constantly growing.

Fortunately, WoW sport designer Jeremy Feasel affirmed the zombie invasion part of the event is only going to be active for a couple of hours through the day rather than all the cheapest wow gold time. I'm actually a bit disappointed by that, frankly, because I believe it'd be interesting to find an all-out, 24/7 invasion which players need to attempt to contain--something akin to World of Warcraft's notorious Corrupted Blood incident.
