Its 100 percent allowing the PSO2 Meseta whales to whale. Theres too many people who love spending hundreds/thousands with this material to release at 60 bucks or something and call it good.

The amount of people that have 100 millions worth of accessories but cant play the game for shit and are utilizing 2 slot weapons and units is too damn high! They WANT to spend the money. Sega isn't tricking people into paying them lmfao.Meseta apparently won't transfer into NG, but it should still be there in ordinary PSO2, which isn't moving anyplace.

You understand full well the people who spend the most money are people who frequently can not afford to. Whaling has become the significant controversy of lootboxes since their inception.

Whaling is not individuals who spend a lot of money that they don't have. Their pockets are filled with money like how a whale is full of meat compared to a fish....It's spending a ridiculous amount of money regardless of whether or not it's buy meseta pso2 financially inconvenient for the person or do so.

It's more than that. Someone could drop $1k right now about the game, but when they are not spending that exact same money next month then they aren't actually a whale. Whales consistently spend a ridiculous amount of money on the games and supply the majority of revenue for F2P games (or any games with a CS). The man who dropped $500 on the match? Or the guy who continues to spend $150 on the game every month since it had been on JP servers?
