To reward the most dedicated players, NBA 2K22 will include Go-Karting

That's good to know. Two weeks ago, 2K Sports promised that we'd get our first look at NBA 2K22's Seasons this week, and now we've received the information. The publisher has previously stated that, in addition to MyTeam, it will be adding Battle Pass-style content to MyCareer and The W this year. Unfortunately, it does not appear that these are unified, so prepare yourself for a grind across all game modes.

Although completing games in the City or Neighborhood will earn you XP in MyCareer, it doesn't appear that there will be any rewards for progressing your offline NBA career will be available. Season 1 will feature a variety of cosmetics and boosts, with the grand prize being a go-kart. Getting to Level 40 will earn your a go-kart, which you can use to explore the social space.

Also available at Level 30 for those who do not manage to make it to the end of the Season, as well as a slew of other rewards along the way. According to MT 2K22 Sports, if you want to be considered for Hall of Fame inductee status, you'll need to complete at least four of the Battle Passes up to Level 40 over the course of the game's lifespan, though you can pick and choose which ones to concentrate on.

In NBA MT, Seasonal content will function similarly to that of MyTeam, with card packs and Tokens being awarded to players who successfully complete missions and objectives. On the other hand, in The W Online, you'll be able to unlock new clothing, nail polish, and other items for achieving the highest possible grade by using a more straightforward tiered system.

2K Sports will also be adding new music to the game's soundtrack on a weekly basis in order to keep things sounding fresh. With a full nine seasons planned from the show's launch until the end of August next year, the amount of content being promoted here is unquestionably impressive. However, the publisher is concerned with player retention and does not want you to switch to another game.
