This poll gives me the vibes OSRS Gold which you guys really need to get famous to your communication with your community, and that you are well knowledgeable about the gambling world about you. Neither of these are particularly true. Jagex"communicates" with their community more than many other games, but not nearly the maximum, particularly when you don't count polls that are crampacked full of voting biasing issues, questions that shouldn't be asked, and (what seems like) intentional misinformation or lack of vital information needed to make an informed choice.
You're very afraid of repeatable quests and OSRS HD which will be optional which won't affect you at all in any way, nor will either influence Runescape for you because you is decorative and another won't give rewards? This type of overreaction makes it difficult to choose what you're saying seriously. And new skills - these things that a large majority of players want, but not quite 75 percent in any particular case - yes, truly Jagex are ignoring their entire player-base here. Don't overlook the massive amount of people who spite vote against pvp updates simply because they do not enjoy the community. Unpolled changes are fine if that's the case.
It's correct that the very best content of OSRS normally come in BOTH Jagex and community helping each other. But we should remember that Jagex by his very own is also capable of fantastic surprise when given the chance ( think about the way Twisted League was awesome, and yet we didnt knew much about it before launch ) I think when all League content has been polled ahead, it could have been alot different and likely not as exctiting and astonishing. I concur with everything you said except for you getting your underwear on fire for them requesting phone number optionally at the end of the survey. There was also no need, whatsoever, to use your RS email, and you could always give a fake in Runescape game name if that area was required (not certain if it was). Extreme response for three fields you had freedom on filling out. Employment status is also standard market study. You'd answer a question these days for any survey that is currently attempting to become serious about the demographics answering the poll. Was a NEET triggered?
The main answer I gave in this survey I wish to get around: The last decision on any content ought to be made with BOTH the community AND Jagex working together to generate content that is really worth adding to Runescape. Players have proven they'll vote yes to some fairly absurd shit (Watch the Tome debacle) at which Buy RS Gold Jagex needs to intervene and understand that asking was a mistake, even while Jagex has also demonstrated that when they forge ahead in their own it doesn't work out well for us either.
